Apartment description

Stan u zgradi, ekstra lokacija, Radnja i 2 autobusa blizu zgrade. Jako blizu je i bg voz. Sve postoji što je potrebno.
Tražim urednog cimera ili cimerku, nepušače. Tihe.
Pored dve sobe sa kuhinjom i "trpezarijom"(sto), imamo i hodnik i kupatilo i terasu. Dobrodošli dobri ljudi.

Hi! I’m looking for a male or female roommate to share a small, cozy apartment in a residential area on the outskirts of Zemun.
The apartment is well connected by public transport, with 2 bus lines and a train nearby. There are plenty of shops and everything you need within walking distance.
There are currently 2 of us living here: a younger guy who is a student/worker and has his own room, and me. In the shared bedroom there are 2 beds — I sleep in 1, and the other 1 is available.
The apartment has a small kitchen connected to the room, a small bathroom, a terrace and a hallway. It’s a modest but cozy little place, similar in atmosphere to a student dorm or student room.
The rent is €100 per month, including all bills.
We are looking for a non-smoker who is clean, tidy, quiet, peaceful and easy to live with. Basically, just a normal and considerate person who respects the shared space.
If this sounds suitable for you, feel free to message me and I can tell you more.
